Hello Everyone and HAPPY NEW YEAR! I have so many projects to share with you - thing I made over the holidays for my family and friends, and all CRAFTY!
To start, the most requested tutorial you asked me for over the holidays is this tutorial on how to make a flounce (self-ruffled) scarf - I made 14 of these puppies for my family and friends this season - Whew! I hope this tutorial gets you going on them yourself - enjoy!!
Lovely ideas! I really enjoyed it. Thank you very much.

Oooh - YORK Yarn - that sounds kind of neat - wonder if it's the same brand, or better? How could it not be better - 'York Yarn' sounds so awesome! :)

This is great, Kari. I bought this yarn in York in the spring and had a demo but I had forgotten how to do it!! Yay - I see a new scarf in the near future!!

That's so awesome! Fingerless mittens are my kids' FAVOURITE! I want to tackle those soon too - maybe we'll switch back and forth gift ideas each year! :)
I got my yarn at Gina Brown's yarn in Kits in Vancouver (west side), and also in Seattle at I believe it was 'So Much Yarn' - CRAZY store to get to, you have to go into an office building of sorts- feels like the wrong place until you get there, and then OH so right!! :)
I'd love to think I was on top of the 'in' thing! LOL - thanks Brenda. :)
