Realtime in Vancouver!

As those of you who have been to my house know, my wonderful hubby, Tom, sings in a fabulous a cappella group in Vancouver, BC.  We have an enormous map on the wall and it has pins of all the places we have been able to travel to in the world while he has been on tour.  One of the bummer things about his group though, is they rarely do local shows, and instead fly away often to perform for those other cities.

BUT, they actually have a local gig for once coming up, and if you are curious about them, you can see them for yourself (see how my other half lives!) - it's on AUGUST 7TH (a Thursday), at 1pm, and they will be doing a 45+ minute set on the lawn of the Vancouver Art Gallery downtown!  Plan to take your lunch late that day, or take the skytrain and make a date of it!  I'm going myself, so you can look for me!  It will be recorded for broadcast on CBC, but I don't know when, but it's always better live anyway!

So here's your chance - we are performing a one-hour show on August 7th at 1pm, on the steps of the Vancouver Art Gallery downtown.  This is part of Festival Vancouver, which brings in great music from all over the world.
