Taking a Stampin' Hiatus for a while

Hello Ladies,

I'm sorry to say that I will be taking a stampin' hiatus for a year or two, as I buckle down and launch our global marketing strategy for our company, Groupanizer.  I have been asked to keep my website up and running as long as possible so that you can still access tutorials and card ideas, etc.  I'll keep it up as long as I can afford to (costs money), and hope to return to active blogging sometime in late 2013/early 2014!  Cross your fingers and wish me luck - all the best to you guys!!

The Retiring Accessories List is Here!

Every year, Stampin' Up! turns over its big catalog, retiring hundreds of stampsets and accessories forever, and bringing in new stuff for us to ogle in the next year's catalog.  Sadly, this means that some of our favourites leave us for good, and as a result, when this list is announced, these items literally FLY off the shelves!  Check out this year's retiring list here, just announced TODAY - can you believe what's going??!  

If you want to grab these items before they are gone, the best way to do it is to visit my online store now!  Click on the 'shop now' image in the upper right hand corner to access the store.  Remember that once they run out of a particular item, it's gone forever, so if you want something, order it now!

Just a quick note- you will see that all of our inkpads are retiring!  No, the colours actually aren't, they are just making way for a new style of pad inside the inkpad - a foam one that is even better than SU!'s already #1 rated inkpads!  (although, all of the 6 in-colours from 2 years ago WILL be retiring!)

DisneyWorld Here We Come!

I am SO excited! In only a few days, my family is headed off to Disneyworld, courtesy of Stampin' Up! - I just wanted to say thank you so much for your patronage and for your friendship, which has allowed me to enjoy yet another trip with this fabulous company.

Well ladies, looks like I've run out of stuff to sell.  I still have a few things left, but they will be by appointment only next week.  :)  So, no sale tomorrow (Saturday) - enjoy your weekend!

The Hiatus Begins..

I want to start by thanking everyone for your business, your kindness, your friendship and all your loving words.  You guys are amazing, and I feel so loved right now.  What a wonderful way to take a hiatus from my beloved crafting.  

May I also say you are the most creative bunch of folks I've ever met?  I have never heard so many ways for me to keep going in my business, suggested by all of you coming by!  LOL - I am touched by how much brain power you have put into this!  

To be fair, and I have to be honest, I really do need to focus on Groupanizer for the next year or two.  It's one of those 'have to's I'm afraid.  However, can I also leave a little window of opportunity open that in a year or two, I would love to 'come back'?  I'll do my best to meet my minimums and stick around until I can open that door up, ok?  :)  No promises, but I do have this little dream of a laneway stamping mecca.........  :)

In the meantime, many of you have asked who you can see for your stamping inspiration, and I have a plan!  I'm thinking that in June, when the new catalog comes out, I might just throw a big old party to celebrate my friendships and relationships with you guys - you know, go all out with the food and everything!  Then, I'll bring out the demos in various areas around metro van who might just inspire you - each will do a 15 minute demo and they'll have sign up lists for their mailing list - if you get a good vibe with one of them, you can sign up to follow their newsletters/take their business card and decide after getting to know them a bit at the party - sound fun??  I'll send a newsletter out as the event fleshes out, ok?

I love you guys, and am crossing my fingers to be able to stick around in the wings until I'm able to jump in again - I love this hobby and company too much not to!  Thanks for the amazing memories!!!
